These conditions define the use of and access to the site www.gmc-club.com, and apply to any order for the purchase of goods or services provided by the company Mira Srl through the aforementioned site. Before confirming the purchase, the Customer must carefully read these general conditions of sale. The confirmation of the order implies full knowledge and express acceptance of the conditions of the above terms and conditions. We therefore urge you to read these terms and conditions carefully before submitting a purchase order. Once the online purchase procedure has been completed, the Customer is required to print and keep these general terms and conditions and the relevant order form, which have already been viewed and accepted.

SUBJECT

The subject of these General Terms and Conditions is the online sale of products through the e-commerce service at www.gmc-club.com

Products sold on the site can only be purchased and delivered to the countries indicated on the site. Any orders for shipments to be made outside of these countries will be automatically rejected during the order processing process.

THE CONTRACT

The purchase procedure is guided and explained in every step so that you can check and change any errors whenever necessary before finalizing your order. We therefore ask you to pay attention to the various stages of the purchasing procedure.

Once you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail, which, however, should not be considered as acceptance of your order.

Good Morning C*lub’s acceptance of your order will occur when we send you the shipping confirmation.

This last notification implies that the contract between you and Good Morning C*lub is considered concluded.

In the event that your order is not accepted, Good Morning C*lub will notify you in writing and refund the amount paid for the purchase. The non-acceptance may depend on the lack of stock of the product, as a result of sudden and unforeseeable reductions in available resources, the detection of an error in the price or description of the product or the impossibility for Good Morning C*lub to meet the delivery date indicated at the time of your order. In any case, Good Morning C*lub reserves the right not to accept an order for any reason.

Your order will be assigned an identification number which will be communicated to you upon acceptance of your order. This will allow us to assist you each time you contact us regarding your order.

The products are sold to the Customer identified by the data entered when filling in and sending the order form in electronic format with simultaneous acceptance of these General Conditions.

Good Morning C*lub asks the Customer to enter the data necessary for the purchase, such as first name, last name, billing address, shipping address, e-mail address and telephone number.

The Customer is prohibited from entering false, and/or invented names in the online order process and subsequent communications. The Seller reserves the right to prosecute any violation and abuse, in the interest and for the protection of all consumers.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also release the Seller from any liability arising from the issuance of erroneous tax documents due to errors regarding the data you provided when ordering online, you, as the customer, being solely responsible for their correct entry.

PRODUCTS

The product images on our Website are for illustrative purposes only. Although Good Morning C*lub constantly takes measures to ensure that the photographs shown on the Website are faithful reproductions of the original products, including taking every possible technological solution to minimize inaccuracies, some variations are always possible due to the technical and color resolution characteristics of the computer you are using. Accordingly, the Seller shall not be liable for any inadequacy of the graphical representations of the products presented on the Site if due to the aforementioned technical reasons, as such representations are for illustrative purposes only.

The packaging of products may be different from that shown on the Site.

SALE PRICES

All product prices and shipping charges shown onwww.gmc-club.com, as well as those shown in the order confirmation, are inclusive of VAT for the European Union and inclusive of taxes and duties for any purchase where provided, unless otherwise stated in writing. The validity of the prices quoted is always and only as indicated by the site at the time of purchase and related order confirmation. Product prices and shipping and delivery charges may change without notice. It is therefore necessary to ascertain the final sales price before placing the relevant Order.

All orders are shipped directly from Italy. The prices of the Products and the shipping costs indicated on the site and in the order, unless otherwise specified, are to be considered as not including any costs related to customs duties and related taxes, which cannot be calculated in advance, if the shipment takes place in non-EU countries or in countries where current regulations provide for import charges.

These costs are therefore the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly upon delivery of the products.

ORDER CHANGES

In case you wish to modify an order that has already been processed, we ask you to contact us at help@gmc-club.it.

We will let you know if an amendment can be made; if so, we will inform you of any changes to the price of the products, delivery time, or anything else required as a result of the requested change. We will also ask you to confirm whether or not you wish to proceed.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

You can conveniently use credit cards, prepaid cards or bank accounts thanks to the methods offered.

Good Morning C*accepts both credit card and prepaid card payments at no charge to the cost of the product and shipping. It is clearly necessary that the customer has a valid credit card when placing an online order and that the name on the credit card is the same as the name on the billing information. Without these prerequisites, it will not be possible to proceed with the order.

If, after receiving the products ordered, for any reason you wish to use your right of withdrawal, the refund will be made on the same type of payment used during the purchase and will take up to 14 working days from receipt of the return at our warehouse.

The credit time varies depending on your bank.

Paypal

Good Morning C* offers customers who have a Paypal account the ability to make payments using the email and password they are registered with at www.paypal.com. Paypal allows payment by credit cards, prepaid cards, or through a bank account.

Upon check-out and completion of your purchase, the bank will only proceed to authorize the relevant amount from your credit card’s availability. The amount will actually be charged to your credit card only when the purchased products are shipped.

At no time during the purchase process is Good Morning C* able to know your credit card information (e.g., your credit card number or the date of its expiration), which is transmitted via an encrypted protocol-protected connection directly to the site of the institution handling the electronic payment (bank or Paypal). No computer records of the Seller will retain such data.

In no case shall Seller be held liable for fraudulent and improper use of credit cards and prepaid cards by third parties.

 SHIPPING

Each shipment contains:

·      i / the products / or ordered / or;

·      The relevant transport document/invoice;

·      Any accompanying documentation required according to the country of shipment;

·      Any informational and marketing materials;

SHIPPING TO ITALY

Shipments are made by express courier.

Shipping costs is 10,00€

Shipping is free throughout Italy from 300,00€, including islands and restricted areas. Products are delivered within 1/4 working days within the Italian territory.

Orders received after 4 pm on a weekday will be processed starting from the following day. Orders received after 4 pm on Friday, and during the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

Order preparation takes from one to three working days depending on the volume of orders received. As soon as your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing the tracking number. 

There may be price adjustments due to changes in transport costs.

Taxes and customs duties

Any additional taxes or customs duties charged for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer. We currently ship from Varese, Italy.

RETURNS AND CHANGES

Good Morning C*lub guarantees the quality of the products sold in its online store, however if, for any reason, you wish to return your order or a part of it, we will be happy to accept the return within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Our return/exchange policy implies compliance with certain conditions:

·      The product must be intact and unused

·      The label must still be attached to the garment

·      The product must not be damaged

·      The return of items for which customization, tailoring changes or the application of one’s initials have been requested cannot be accepted.

Good Morning C*lub, therefore, reserves the right to refuse returns of products that do not comply with the conditions.

After you return request has been confirmed, you will receive the label to affix to the package and you can take it to a collection point of our trusted courier DHL.

We remind you that the return shipping costs are in charged to the customer.

Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

COMMUNICATIONS TO THE CUSTOMER

The Customer acknowledges, accepts and agrees that all communications, notifications, attestations, information, reports and any documentation on the transactions carried out, referring to the purchase of the Products, will be sent to the e-mail address indicated at the time of registration, with the possibility of downloading the information on a durable medium in the manner and within the limits provided by the Site.

CHANGE AND UPDATE

The Seller may make changes or amendments to these Terms and Conditions at any time. Therefore, Customer will be required to accept only the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of its purchase. The new Terms and Conditions will be effective as of the date they are posted on www.gmc-club.com and in relation to purchase orders submitted after that date.
